Saturday 13 May, on the occasion of the Giro d'Italia passing through Bra, the Night of the Museums turns pink. For the occasion, the city museums will be open for free evening visits from 21.00 to 24.00
The Casa dei Braidesi, housed inside the Zizzola, will be open to visitors from 9 to 12 pm, while the Civic Museum of Archaeology, History and Art of Palazzo Traversa will be accessible from 9 to 12 pm. The Traversa Museum also organizes a workshop for adults and children entitled "Full speed among the monuments of Bra" in which they will try their hand at drawing a "futurist" bicycle. At 9 and 10 pm, the Toy Museum will offer a guided tour with a workshop dedicated to games and entertainment from the pre-cinema period: magic lanterns, thaumatropes and phenakistoscopes, or how people played with images before pixels. At 11pm there will be a guided tour without a workshop. Finally, the Craveri Civic Museum of Natural History (which will reopen for the occasion) will be open from 9 to 12. At 9, moreover, there will be a meeting with Alfonso Lucifredi dedicated to "The adventurous life of Alfred Russel Wallace", 200 years from the birth of the man who shared the theory of evolution with Charles Darwin. In case of rain, the appointment will be held at the Bper auditorium in via Sarti. No reservation is required.
