On Sunday, November 8th, the city of Bra will celebrate what, for generations, has been called "the most beautiful game in the world." The Toy Museum, located at Via E. Guala 45, will host a special day entirely dedicated to Subbuteo—an event organized in close collaboration with the "Giovanni Arpino" Civic Library and the association Subbuteolab.
The initiative aims to bring together collectors, avid enthusiasts, and families for a nostalgic and engaging journey across the legendary green felt pitches, featuring the iconic flick-to-kick miniature players. Throughout the day, participants can test their skills on playing fields set up specifically for the occasion. These gaming sessions—completely free and open to everyone—will take place in the morning from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM and in the afternoon from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM.
In addition to the gaming activities, visitors can delve into the history of this famous pastime by exploring the museum’s exhibitions and collections. Guided tours—available for a nominal fee of 5 euros—will be held at 10:30 AM, 11:30 AM, 2:30 PM, and 4:30 PM, offering an in-depth look at toys from the past and present.
